Logitech Pebble Mouse 2 M350s

Description

The Logitech Pebble Mouse 2 M350s is a slim, quiet Bluetooth mouse made for people who work from a laptop and move around. It slips flat into a laptop sleeve, pairs with up to three devices, and runs on a single AA battery that Logitech rates for up to two years.

What the Logitech Pebble Mouse 2 M350s Does Well

Logitech’s Silent Touch technology cuts click noise by about 90 percent compared with its M185 mouse, which matters in shared offices, libraries and late-night work sessions at home. The Easy-Switch button lets you hop between a laptop, a tablet and a desktop running Windows, macOS, iPadOS or ChromeOS. Through the Logi Options+ app you can set the middle button to a shortcut such as a screenshot or show desktop. The optical sensor tracks up to 4,000 DPI, the battery is included, and auto-sleep helps it last. Logitech says the plastic parts use at least 58 percent recycled plastic.

Who It Is For

• Remote workers and students who mostly use a laptop trackpad
• Travelers and coworking regulars who want a mouse that packs flat
• Anyone who shares a room and wants quieter clicks
• People switching between a work laptop and a personal tablet

Pros

• Very quiet clicks
• Pairs with three devices over Bluetooth
• Long battery life on one AA battery
• Thin, light design from an established brand, in several colors

Cons

• The low profile gives little palm support for full eight-hour days
• No USB receiver in the box, so your computer needs Bluetooth
• Only three buttons, far fewer than an MX-series mouse

Buying Tip

If the mouse will be your main tool at one desk all day, a sculpted model such as the Logitech MX Master series is more comfortable. Choose the Pebble Mouse 2 M350s as a travel mouse, a backup for the laptop bag, or an inexpensive stocking stuffer for a student or remote worker.
