Description
The Ridge tracker card is a slim, rechargeable card that slides into a wallet and works with Apple Find My. It gives wallet owners AirTag-style tracking without a bulky coin-shaped bump.
Key features of the Ridge Tracker Card
Ridge lists Apple Find My compatibility, MFi certification, a rechargeable battery, a slim card profile and IP68 water resistance. It can also go in passport holders, luggage tags or laptop bags.
The Ridge Tracker Card in everyday routines
Track a wallet, passport cover, luggage tag, laptop sleeve or camera bag, especially when an AirTag will not fit.
Find My requires an Apple device, so Android users cannot use it. Recharge periodically. It does not include Precision Finding like AirTag on supported iPhones. Card-shaped trackers can add a little thickness in very slim wallets. The real value of a card tracker is that it lives in the exact item you lose most often. If the wallet is left in a café or taxi, nearby Apple devices in the Find My network can anonymously report its location to you, which works far beyond Bluetooth range. Set up notifications so your iPhone alerts you when you leave the wallet behind, and remember to top up the battery every few months so tracking does not quietly stop.
