SightPro Magnetic MacBook Pro 14″ Privacy Screen

Description

The SightPro is a magnetic privacy screen for MacBook Pro 14 owners who work in cafés, trains or open offices and do not want neighbours reading their inbox. It clips to the display by magnets, so it comes off in a second when you want to share.

Getting value from the SightPro privacy screen

Think of airport lounges, client sites, shared libraries and hospital or finance workplaces where screens show sensitive data. Pull it off at home to get full brightness back, then snap it on as you leave.

It is a deterrent for side glances, not full security: people behind you can still see the display, so position your seat accordingly.

What you get with the SightPro privacy screen

A multi-layer micro-louver film darkens the screen from side angles while keeping it readable straight on. There is no adhesive. SightPro says the film also filters UV and blue light, and it ships with a storage folder and cleaning cloth. This size is for the 14.2-inch MacBook Pro from 2021 onward, covering M1 through M5 chips.

Check first: dims the screen a little

Confirm your model via Apple menu > About This Mac before ordering, because each filter is cut to a specific screen. Expect the display to look slightly dimmer even head-on.
