• 28W shared

Best situations for the TESSAN adapter

Charge a phone, earbuds, watch and tablet in a hotel room, use one adapter on multi-country trips, or keep it in a carry-on as a backup.

The adapter changes plug shape, not voltage, so devices like hair dryers or straighteners that are not dual-voltage can be damaged abroad; check the label on anything you plug in. The 28W total output is shared across ports, which is fine for phones and earbuds but too low to fast-charge most laptops. If you carry a laptop, pair it with a dedicated GaN charger. Some countries, such as parts of South Africa, India or Switzerland, use sockets that a universal adapter may not fit perfectly, so check your destinations. Bulky charger bricks can also block the USB ports or make the adapter heavy in loose hotel sockets.
